At EGO, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Please ensure all products are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
